Location/Directions

Realogics is located on the 7th floor of the historic Olympic Tower at 217 Pine Street in heart of the Market District in downtown Seattle.

From the North:

Take I-5 South to the Denny Way exit 167. Continue towards Stewart Street. Follow Stewart Street east until Third Avenue. Turn left onto Third Avenue for one block until Pine Street. Realogics occupies the 7th Floor of the Olympic Tower at the intersection of Third Avenue and Pine Street.

From the South:

Take I-5 North to the Seneca Street exit 165. Continue straight from the off-ramp onto Seneca Street. Turn right onto Third Avenue. Head north along Third Avenue until Pine Street and turn left. Realogics occupies the 7th Floor of the Olympic Tower at the intersection of Third Avenue and Pine Street.
